What we collect. When you request a free draft we receive the business name, city, e-mail address and (optionally) phone number you type into the form, and the page you used. If you contact us by e-mail we keep that correspondence.
Why. Only to prepare and send you the website draft, to answer you, and – if you subscribe – to run your website and billing. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for anything unrelated.
Who processes it. Our hosting server (EU), our e-mail providers (to send and receive e-mail) and our payment provider Stripe (only if you subscribe). Cookies: we use none for tracking.
How long. As long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us at any time to delete your details or the draft, and we do it – e-mail hello@lattiscan.io. You also have the right to access and correct your details and to complain to your data-protection authority.
